Services are provided under individual agreements, including a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee as outlined at the time of purchase.
2. Booking a Demo
Submitting a demo request through our website or providing your contact information to us does not create a binding service agreement. It authorizes Summit Solutions to contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss our services.
3. Payment and Refunds
Setup fees cover build work performed on your system and are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly service fees are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the monthly service isn't working for your business within the first month, that month's fee will be refunded. Specific pricing and terms are confirmed in your service agreement.
4. Communications
By providing your phone number to Summit Solutions, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your inquiry or our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
5. Acceptable Use
